The Garden Club Council celebrated the winners of Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful’s flower bed competition at their November meeting. Winners received a plaque presented by Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful’s director George Stilphen. The Garden Club Council is proud of the accomplishments of these individuals and we thank them for helping to beautify our community.
